I am a healer and guide with a passion for helping people step into their most fulfilling, abundant lives by living in alignment. From the profound to the playful, my offerings combine ancient wisdom with modern science to radically shift and heal people through somatic experiencing.
What does that actually mean, you ask?
I curate retreats and workshops for people to get to know themselves more intimately than ever before... often resulting in the healing of generational trauma, re-writing of old patterns, and mental rewiring that leads to personal freedom from mental suffering!
When I'm not tending to my 5-year-old son or traveling for fun, you can catch me on stages at festivals, retreats and conferences speaking on the intersection of business, spirituality, sensuality & science.

How many coaches seek to guide others in realms they have not yet experienced? From addiction to grief to motherhood to divorce and self-destruction... it has been my life's mission from a young age to go through the fire so that I can hold others in their unique pains and journey.
I have walked a path of darkness, navigated the complexities of marriage and the corporate ladder, suffered inexplicable identity crises, and found myself on the other side filled with freedom and success in entrepreneurship and complete sovereignty. All in all, I am living a life FILLED with turn on and pleasure, rooted in an unshakeable knowing of who I am -- and hope to inspire YOU to rise up with me.
